Use our third-party parcel collection service, on a punctual or scheduled basis
DPD France provides you with all its know-how to manage your specific parcel collections, whether you have a regular or one-off requirement, for several dozen parcels or a single parcel, whether your business can be anticipated in advance or whether your request is to be processed for the next day.
Placing an order
If you have access to your sender's account, you can create your request there.
Otherwise, your request must be made by sending an email to your DPD France contact, the day before by 5pm at the latest (and ideally several days in advance, if possible).
Our advice
Before requesting a collection, make sure that the parcels are ready for collection and inform the sender of the driver's arrival.
Please also make sure that you include the name and telephone number of your contact person at the pick-up and delivery location in your request.
