DPD offices are located in the major cities of Romania and within the DPD warehouses. DPD offices allow pick-up, drop off and return services both within Romania and internationally. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 19:00.

The recipients have 7 days to pick up the parcels from the location they have chosen;
Payment of the refund or shipping cost when picking up the parcel can be made in cash or by bank card;
Recipients can return a parcel from the DPD Office through the Easy Returns voucher system;

CHARACTERISTICS:

For shipments through DPD offices, the maximum permissible weight per parcel is 31.5 kg.
DPD offices cannot receive from a single shipper, in a single day, more than 30 parcels and the total weight will not exceed 500kg.
A maximum of 10 parcels are accepted in one shipment, except for shipments through DPD lockers, through which a maximum of one parcel can be shipped per destination.
The maximum length allowed per parcel is 175 cm;
