Where is my parcel?

We offer each parcel its own waybill  number. Based on this number you can track the status of your package by accessing  If necessary, you can schedule delivery on a different day or in a different location using the link in the SMS delivery notification.

When will my parcel be delivered?

Usually, national parcels are delivered within 1-3 working days of picking up the order from the sender. In the case of international parcels, the delivery time depends on the country of destination. You will find all the information about your package on the DPD website, accessing .

My package hasn\'t arrived (yet). What should I do?

Our parcel tracking feature allows you to track the status of your parcel online at any time. If the status of your parcel remains unchanged for a long time or if the parcel is not delivered at the indicated time, please contact us at [email protected]  or at the phone number. 031.824.90.90.

What happens if I don\'t know the weight and dimensions of the parcel?

Because the weight and dimensions are required for a precise calculation of the shipping costs, you should measure and weigh the parcel. However, if your parcel data is different from our own measurements, it is possible that you will be invoiced for additional costs.

How can I change the place or day of delivery?

As a recipient, you decide when or where we deliver the package. You can choose one of the forwarding options below: 1 - pick up the package from the DPD warehouse, 2 - redirect the package to an Office or DPD office, 3 - you can postpone the delivery day. To make one of these choices you must access the Smart Control link received in the SMS delivery notification.
