You can contact Safecall in two ways: by phone on 00 800 7322 2255 (toll free) or by sending a report via the Safecall website. When you contact Safecall by telephone, the person you are speaking to will ask you to explain your problem in as much detail as possible. During this time, he or she will take notes and may ask you questions based on your account. Once the investigation is complete, Safecall will send a written report to the management of DPD France.
