Dvanajst odstotkov vseh nacionalnih pošiljk v Sloveniji predstavljajo paketi z odkupnino.

DPD Slovenija nenehno v porastu

All shipments of any value category which are destined for private consignees in Ukraine cannot be imported until customs charges and taxes have been paid. 02 | 2008 - Najnovejša pravila pri mednarodnem pošiljanju tekočin

With immediate effect we are no longer able to transport liquids in international shipping by airfreight as DPD CLASSIC or DPD EXPRESS parcels. This is the result of directives from the airlines involved.
In the past damage has often been caused to other freight or to the aircraft itself by the escape of liquids.

As a result liquids of any kind are from now on excluded from international transport.

Please note that any parcels which contain liquids will in future be returned to the consignor at the consignor's own expense. The consignor will also be liable for any damage which is caused by liquids during transport.

02 | 2006 - Najnovejša varnostna opozorila: internetne in telefonske prevare

Unfortunately attempts at fraud on the internet and the telephone have now almost become an everyday affair. Again and again criminals try to gain access to customer data or money by misuse of the DPD name.

For example a number of phone calls have been reported recently in which a third party claims to have to compare data on behalf of DPD before a parcel can be delivered.

If you receive such a call, please be very careful. DPD does not make any calls to compare data.

If customers provide their data, there is a risk that third parties will shortly afterwards invoice them for services which have not been ordered and which have no connection with DPD's services (e.g. telephone chat subscriptions).

On the internet, too, third parties repeatedly use emails to gain access to sensitive customer data. Most recently there have been isolated incidents of fraud through the misuse of DPD’s name. DPD customers have received e-mails demanding that a certain amount of money be transferred into a bank account as an advance payment for services. Not until they do so, they are told, will certain parcels be delivered.

On no account should you grant this request!

DPD does not ask for advance payments. Furthermore, we do not charge for parcels or goods, only for transport services. The exception to this is the cash-on-delivery shipment, in which the customer pays for the goods, but not until they are delivered; never in advance. Please contact us immediately if you receive an e-mail requesting an advance payment.

In case of doubt please call our service number +49 (0) 6021 843-0.

We hope that this warning will help to protect you against criminal offences.
Thank you for your support.

Best regards, DPD
