To mark our 30th anniversary, our management team is taking a ‘Tour de Suisse’ and visiting all Swiss depots. The aim of this initiative is to strengthen our bonds with our drivers and depot employees and to show our appreciation to everyone.
The Tour de Suisse is split into two legs. Our management team visited five depots in April, May and June 2023, while the second half of the tour will take place in September. As a small token of our gratitude, we will be giving our colleagues energy drinks and apples during these visits.

The first visits have been very enjoyable and positive. We asked some of our colleagues what they thought:
‘Every day, we see in the reports what an extraordinary job is being done – it was a great pleasure to visit some of the everyday heroes and say thank you.’
says Marco Kaiser, Marketing & Customer Experience Director.
‘We at the depot, and of course the TU and drivers, were very pleased that we received the visit and also the small thank-you gift in the form of energy drinks, apples and a card.’
Our depot manager in Vilters, Barbara Leischner, is also thrilled.
Ana Cardoso from the Communication team is responsible for the Tour de Suisse of our depots.
‘The management team on tour was a milestone that undoubtedly took the bond between the drivers and us (the administration) to a new level. Our aim was to show the drivers the respect they deserve, because without them our 30th anniversary would not have been possible. I’m incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to plan and coordinate this epic journey and I’m very much looking forward to seeing what awaits us on the next leg of the tour.’
