DPD Pickup parcel shops are open as long as shopping centres, and parcel lockers are open 24/7 (excl. parcel locker in Viru Centre Mon–Sun 05:00–01:00). Find more detailed information about the opening times here.

Maximum permitted weight is 20 kg, dimensions are the following (height, width, depth):

XS 85 x 190 x 610 mm

S 85 x 440 x 610 mm

M 180 x 440 x 610 mm

L 370 x 440 x 610 mm

Once the parcel has arrived at the Pickup Station parcel shop or locker, you will receive a notification by SMS or e-mail.

At the Pickup parcel locker: The parcel can be retrieved using a 4-digit PIN code. First enter PIN1, press “Continue”, then PIN2 and again “Continue”.

In the Pickup parcel shop: The parcel is issued on the basis of a 4-digit PIN code (in case of a lack thereof, on the basis of an identification document). If a friend or family member picks the parcel up from a Pickup parcel shop, they need to provide the parcel number and the name of the recipient in addition to the PIN code (in case there of, an identification document). 

Cash on delivery parcels can be paid for in cash in Pickup parcel shops and by bank card at Pickup parcel lockers.

The parcel is kept in the Pickup point for 7 calendar days. If you have not picked up your parcel, a reminder will be sent to you on the 3rd day, and the parcel is returned to the sender after the 7th day of storage.

First check the tracking section to see whether the parcel has been delivered to DPD here. If there are no parcel data in the system, the parcel has not been delivered to DPD.

From the Pickup parcel shop:

  • Employee in the Pickup point receives your parcel and measures it to determine whether it is an XS, S, M or L parcel.
  • The price of delivery of the parcel is determined based on the size of the parcel. Find the price list here.
  • Fill in the parcel label given by the employee in the Pickup parcel point, providing the information of the sender and the recipient. NB! Pay attention to the postal index, because this determines the correct sorting of the parcel at the depot. Make sure to include both your phone number and the recipient’s phone number on the parcel.
  • If the contents of the parcel you are sending are fragile (glass, tableware, etc.) ask the employee in the parcel shop for a “Fragile” sticker – this must be placed on the top (larger) surface of the parcel next to the parcel label with the barcode.
  • Pay for the delivery.
  • You will receive a copy of the parcel label with the parcel number. You can track the parcel using the parcel number here.
  • The parcel is delivered to the designated destination.

From the Pickup parcel locker:

  • If you don’t have a parcel label: select “Send parcel”, then “Buy parcel label” and select the correct destination country.
  • Select the correct parcel size and confirm the price.
  • Enter the sender’s phone number and the recipient’s information.
  • Pay for the delivery.
  • Print the parcel label and attach it to the parcel.
  • Scan the label and place the parcel in the locker.
  • If you have a parcel label: select “Send parcel”, then again “Send parcel”, scan the parcel label, select the correct locker size and place the parcel in the locker.
  • The parcel is delivered to the designated destination.

From the Pickup parcel shop:

If you don’t have a return label:

  • In order to return the goods, you will have to fill in a new parcel label, attach the label on the parcel and pay for transport using a payment card.

     If you don’t have a return label.

  • In case of H&M parcels with a return label, attach the label on the parcel and take the parcel to the Pickup parcel shop.
  • The parcel is returned to the sender.

From the Pickup parcel locker:

If you don’t have a return label:

  • To return the goods, select “Send parcel”, then “Buy parcel label” and select the correct destination country.
  • Select the correct parcel size and confirm the price.
  • Enter the sender’s phone number and the recipient’s information.
  • Pay for the delivery.
  • Print the parcel label and attach it to the parcel.
  • Scan the label and place the parcel in the locker.

If you don’t have a return label.

  • To return the goods, select “Send parcel”, then again “Send parcel”.
  • Select the correct locker size.
  • Scan the parcel label and place the parcel in the locker.
