According to DPD EESTI AS standard terms of service point 13.3 Claims on damage to a Consignment must be submitted to DPD 7 calendar days as of becoming aware of such circumstances at the latest. The circumstances and scope of the damage must be described in detail in the claim. If the damage to or partial loss of the Consignment is evident upon external examination, but the Recipient still accepted the Consignment and DPD was not notified of the damage to or partial loss of the Consignment by the next working day at the latest, it is considered that the Consignment was handed over in a proper condition corresponding to the Contract.
