I have a complaint to make to DPD France
The e-mail address dedicated to exercising rights to personal data is not intended to deal with complaints from customers. We invite you to contact our customer service directly.
I no longer wish to be the contact point within my company for parcel deliveries by DPD France
Exercising your personal data rights is not intended to deal with such requests. Please note that your personal data has been transmitted to us by your sender for the delivery of the package to your company. We are not in a position to modify the information transmitted.
We therefore invite you to contact the sender of the packages directly in order to have them rectified. Your action will allow our services, by means of data rectified by the sender, to send notifications relating to deliveries to the person concerned. Please note that the sender is a company or online merchant site from which your company has ordered its parcels.
I want to change my address before my parcel is delivered
Exercising your personal data rights is not intended to deal with requests for delivery to an address other than the one indicated at the time of your order. We invite you to contact the sender of your parcel (your seller) directly or through our customer service department.
I would like to have all my personal data deleted by DPD France
We would like to inform you that we are obliged to keep your personal data for 13 months from the date of delivery, in case of complaints and disputes related to the delivery. However, we would like to assure you that we do not use your data for any other purposes than those described above, nor do we pass them on to third parties. At the end of the 13-month period, your data is automatically deleted from our databases.
