User accounts

After signing the contract, we will provide you with login credentials for the shipment labeling program esiunta.lt and the myDPD Business self-service shipment management platform.

• myDPD Business and esiunta.lt accounts are individual and can only be created for specific users.
  
  
• Accounts can only be created for employees who have the right to create and manage shipments, as well as access shipment data.
  
  
• We do not recommend sharing the same login credentials among multiple employees, as this allows you to track who made changes.
  
  
• We recommend avoiding the use of generic email addresses, such as [email protected].
