Dimensions and weight of the standard package

* Package volume – the sum of the shortest perimeter and longest edge of the package. The volume of the package is calculated like this: (height + width) × 2 + length, i.e. (A + B) × 2 + C.

Non-standard package is packaging that does not meet the standards listed in the table below.

Exceeding the above size and/or weight limits for parcels a surcharge of €20 is applied. The conditions of this clause apply to all international shipments, except Latvia and Estonia.

The standard pallet is a Euro pallet that meets all requirements for dimensions and weight. Below are the minimum and maximum allowable dimensions of the standard pallet.

Packages weighing more than 31.5 kg must be delivered to the courier on standard Euro pallets.

Non-standard pallet – a pallet that does not meet the standards of the Euro pallet. Exceeding the specified dimensions and/or weight limits of Euro pallet parcel, a fine of €20 is applied to all international shipments, except to Latvia and Estonia.
