Siuntos pristatymo patvirtinimą galite peržiūrėti paspaudę čia ir į paieškos laukelį įvedę siuntos numerį. Įvedę siuntos pristatymo numerį būsite perkelti į kitą puslapį, kuriame programa pateikia įvestos siuntos kelią. POD dokumentą rasite paspaudę nuorodą „Rodyti siuntos pristatymo patvirtinimą“. Atsidariusiame lange įveskite Jūsų įmonei priskirtus prisijungimo duomenis. Paspauskite „Rodyti POD“. Programa pateikia siuntos pristatymą patvirtinantį dokumentą.

What is a parcel label?

Parcel label is a sticker which contains the parcel number, information of the consignor and consignee, barcode and other information needed for a successful delivery. It is important, that the parcel label is tightly fixed in a visible place.

What items I cannot send via DPD?

DPD does not deliver such items as weapons, explosives, animals, identity verification documents. You can find the full list of prohibited items in the parcel delivery rules.

After the handover of parcel to DPD will I receive a receipt as a confirmation?

By selecting a shipment method via DPD Pickup parcel terminals, after the parcel inserted and the compartment closed, a question will appear on the screen of parcel terminal asking if you need a receipt. If selected “Yes”, the self-service terminal will print out a receipt. If you select to send via DPD Pickup parcel service points, the employee will prepare and hand you out a receipt. If you select collection by the courier, the courier will pick up your parcel and will leave a receipt confirming it.

Atnaujinome siuntų pristatymo procesą ir nuo šiol siuntos gavėjo parašas yra keičiamas PIN kodu. PIN kodas pateikiamas SMS žinute arba Viber programėlėje (jeigu ja naudojatės). Šis PIN kodas NĖRA paštomato durelių PIN kodas. Jei siuntą Jums turėjo pristatyti kurjeris, bet ją nukreipėte į paštomatą, gausite atnaujintą PIN kodą, skirtą atidaryti paštomato durelėms.

When will my parcel be delivered?

If you are waiting for the courier, you will receive an SMS in the morning of the delivery day with a 1-hour timeframe when the delivery of your parcel is being planned. If we deliver your parcel to DPD Pickup parcel locker, you will receive an SMS message as soon as the parcel will be delivered to the self-service terminal. In Lithuania the parcels are normally delivered within 1 working day from the parcel collection by the DPD courier. The delivery time depends on the country from which the parcel is being sent. You can track your parcel by entering the parcel number in the parcel tracking section. You can see the standard delivery time in the delivery time calculator.

Ne. Kurjerio PIN kodą gaunate SMS žinute arba į Viber programėlę (jeigu ja naudojatės), kai laukiate atvykstant kurjerio nurodytu adresu.  Šis PIN kodas NĖRA paštomato durelių PIN kodas. Where do I find a parcel number?

The parcel number can be given to you by the consignor. If you are buying from an online store, normally you will receive your parcel number by e-mail or SMS message from the seller. You will also receive an SMS message from DPD with the parcel number and the link, one day before delivery. You can change the parcel information by clicking on the link.

How can I send a parcel using a DPD parcel locker?

  1. Pack the parcel.
  2. Fill in the parcel information on esiunta.lt
  3. Pay by online banking.
  4. Print the parcel label in the self-service terminal.
  5. Scan the barcode and place the parcel into the locker that opens.
  6. Track your parcel here.You can also do this by going to a parcel locker and following the instructions given on the screen, but we recommend using online self-service. Then you can place an order from the comfort of your home and don’t have to stand by the parcel locker.

Do I need to print a parcel label?

No, you do not need to print the parcel label by yourself. You can send your parcel even without a printer. Parcel label depending on the sending method selected:
  • Print out at the parcel locker;
  • Will be printed by the parcel point employee;
  • Will be brought by the courier.

Where do I find the nearest DPD Pickup parcel terminal/point?

You can find the nearest DPD Pickup parcel terminal or point here. Enter the exact address of your home or workplace, and we will show you in the map where the nearest parcel point/terminal is located. Enter your city and we will show you all the delivery points / terminals in the selected city on the map.

I sent a parcel using a parcel locker. How can I track it?

You can see where your parcel is located. Enter your parcel number in the parcel tracking section and see where your parcel is located.

I sent the parcel through the parcel locker, but the status of the parcel does not update. What should I do?

Contact DPD Customer Service and provide the following information:
  1. The exact date and time you sent the parcel;
  2. What the package of the parcel looked like, what its contents were;
  3. In what size locker did you place the parcel in (XS, S, M, L);
  4. Package parcel number
