• Items being shipped must not touch each other.
• Items must not touch or press against the walls of the external parcel.
• There must be spaces filled with cushioning material between shipped items.
• A protective layer must be placed between items and the parcel walls.
• Empty spaces in the parcel must be carefully filled to prevent items from moving during transportation and sorting. Items must remain stable even if the parcel is turned or shaken.
