Ship framed paintings, photographs, and canvases only in a durable corrugated cardboard box.
Wrap the item in a thick protective layer using:
No empty spaces should remain inside the parcel. During transportation, external pressure may cause the box to collapse and damage the contents.
If there are any gaps inside the parcel, they must be filled using:
It is recommended to use reinforced cardboard corners to provide additional protection against crushing. This is particularly important for fragile or sensitive items, as parcels are stacked, placed side by side, and subjected to pressure during transportation.
Highly fragile items should be packed using double packaging — first placed into a corrugated cardboard box, and then into a second outer box. This method increases the shipment’s resistance to crushing and lateral pressure during transportation and sorting.
High-value artworks are not accepted for shipment.
