Mattresses that can be rolled

Roll the mattress so that zippers and other delicate components are inside, protected from damage.

Wrap the rolled mattress in protective film before placing it in a box to guard against moisture.

Use a sturdy corrugated cardboard box.

The box should be appropriately sized - an oversized box may allow the mattress to shift, and external pressure could crush it.

Fill any remaining empty spaces with bubble wrap or other suitable cushioning materials.

Seal the box with adhesive tape along the full perimeter in at least three places to ensure it remains closed during transportation.

Mattresses that can not be rolled

Encase the mattress in protective film to protect it from moisture.

Select an appropriately sized box or case. Use a specially designed long corrugated cardboard box or a strong mattress case that matches the mattress dimensions. Seal the packaging with adhesive tape along the full perimeter in at least three places.

The box must be strong enough to support the weight and maintain the shape of the mattress.

Protect all corners and edges with cardboard corner guards along the entire perimeter to prevent dents, scratches, or other damage.
