Ordered Unloading Service (UKD) ensures professional and reliable unloading of heavy shipments, including carrying the parcel from the courier’s vehicle directly to the delivery address — right to the door.
Your shipment is handled by a team of couriers and/or supported with specialized handling equipment, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
The recipient does not need to be involved in the unloading or carrying process.

Your shipment is handled by a team of couriers and/or supported with specialized handling equipment, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
The recipient does not need to be involved in the unloading or carrying process.
If the Ordered Unloading Service (UKD) is not selected, such shipments are delivered to the delivery address only (kerbside delivery):
Shipments containing at least one indivisible parcel weighing over 100 kg will also be delivered to the delivery address only, even if the Ordered Unloading Service (UKD) has been ordered.
The Ordered Unloading Service (UKD) is not available, and such goods are not accepted for transport, when the shipment consists of construction materials, including:
Delivery to the door means the courier unloads the shipment from the vehicle and carries the parcel to the doors of the residential premises or office in the delivery details.
If needed, the parcel may also be carried inside.
Delivery to the address means the courier arrives at the nearest safe and accessible point (e.g. building entrance or gate).
The courier positions the shipment at the edge of the vehicle, and the recipient is responsible for unloading and carrying the parcel.
Delivery to the address means the courier arrives at the nearest safe and accessible point (e.g. building entrance or gate).
The courier positions the shipment at the edge of the vehicle, and the recipient is responsible for unloading and carrying the parcel.
Shipments are delivered across Lithuania within 1–3 business days after collection from the sender.
Delivery takes place on business days at a pre-arranged time with the recipient, no later than 18:00.
If evening delivery after 18:00 is required, this can be arranged individually.
The service is available Monday to Friday only.
The shipment must be clearly marked with a dedicated “Ordered Unloading Service (UKD)” label or tape.
If your shipment includes this service, the courier will provide the required identification tape.
If a parcel weighs more than 25 kg and cannot be handled (moved, pulled, or loaded) using standard handling equipment, it must be placed on a pallet.
The sender is responsible for loading any properly packaged parcel exceeding 25 kg that is not placed on a pallet into the courier’s vehicle.
For further information on proper shipment packaging, please refer here.
For parcels weighing up to 100 kg, delivery is carried out by more than one courier and/or with the use of specialised handling equipment.
If a parcel weighing between 50 kg and 100 kg cannot be handled using a self-propelled trolley with a lifting (tail-lift) function due to objective constraints (e.g. narrow doorways, insufficient stairwell space for manoeuvring, or high thresholds), such a shipment will be delivered to the address only. The courier will arrive at the nearest safe and accessible location where the shipment can be unloaded.
Parcel weight exceeds 25 kg and/or total girth exceeds 3 metres.
The courier will arrive at the nearest safe and accessible location. The parcel is moved to the edge of the vehicle, and the recipient is responsible for unloading and carrying it.
The courier does not participate in unloading or carrying the shipment.
*Applies when the Loading Service (UKD) has not been ordered.
To avoid misunderstandings with Recipients, the Sender is responsible for ordering handling service for heavy parcels or informing the Recipient in advance that unloading and carrying the parcel will be the Recipient’s responsibility, i.e., without the courier’s involvement.
If the handling service is not ordered and:
A single parcel weighs more than 25 kg;
The parcel’s dimensions exceed 3 m;
The shipment consists of more than 25 standard parcels.
In such cases, the courier will deliver the shipment to the nearest safe location that is accessible by the vehicle. The courier will place the shipment at the edge of the van’s cargo area, and the recipient must unload the shipment themselves and carry it away. The courier does not assist with unloading or carrying the shipment.
