* Package volume – the sum of the shortest perimeter and longest edge of the package. The volume of the package is calculated like this: (height + width) × 2 + length, i.e. (A + B) × 2 + C.

Non-standard package is packaging that does not meet the standards listed in the table below.

Exceeding the above size and/or weight limits for parcels a surcharge of €20 is applied. The conditions of this clause apply to all international shipments, except Latvia and Estonia.

Packages over the size and weight limits won't be shipped to Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. They will be returned to the sender if they exceed 35 kg, 175 cm in length, or 300 cm in girth.
