Shipment Label

Shipment Label

  • The shipment label must be placed on the largest flat surface of the parcel, at least 2 cm from the edges. Every parcel in the shipment must have a single shipment label.
  • Do not place old shipment labels or other stickers on the parcel. Only one shipment label per parcel is allowed.
  • Do not place the shipment label on the edge or seams of the parcel. The barcode must not overlap the parcel edges or be covered with adhesive tape.
  • If the label is crumpled, torn, or poorly printed (e.g., barcode elements are smudged or unreadable), it must be reprinted.

  • Use DPD-provided special labels or tapes for marking specific services or additional service options.

  • Special service labels must be placed next to the shipment label so they are clearly visible.

  • Adhesive marking tapes are used for pallet identification and must be applied around all sides of the parcel.
