Second delivery attempt

Second delivery attempt - is a service dedicated to clarify the details of the additional delivery, when the first attempt to deliver a parcel has failed.

Courier leaves a parcel notice, if he can not get hold of the receiver in order to inform him of the time of the new delivery attempt and offer a possibility to re-direct the consignment to another address or confirm the delivery on another date, see  www.dpdsiunta.lt

In case a consignee has no access to the Internet, the consignee can contact DPD customer care department by phone +370 5 2106777 and arrange a second delivery to a new address or date. 

The service is free of charge.
