Return-my-parcel.com allows you to return your order through Pickup stores or request home pickup.

At a collection request, the shipment is picked up on site. In case of a return, the parcel must be delivered by your customer in one of our Pickup parcelshops.

Whether the return is chargeable depends on the department store to which the return is going. See the FAQs on their site.
