How can I change the place or day of delivery?

As a recipient, you decide when or where we deliver the package. You can choose one of the forwarding options below: 1 - pick up the package from the DPD warehouse, 2 - redirect the package to an Office or DPD office, 3 - you can postpone the delivery day. To make one of these choices you must access the Smart Control link received in the SMS delivery notification.
