What solution does DPD offer for returns?

As a shipper, you can easily connect to the Pickup network. If you do so, your customer can choose from 850 Pickup parcelshops in Belgium and 42,000 in Europe to pick up or send back his parcel. This is DPD’s Shop return. Your other option: on request you can arrange a collection at the customer premises. As a contractual customer, you can easily ask for this service or arrange it via your shipping tool. This is called a collection request. Contact us for a non binding offer.

How can I send back a parcel?

This depends on the shipper. In most cases, you'll receive a return label. If you want to return your order, you can stick this label on the parcel and bring it to one of our Pickup parcelshops. If you didn't receive a return label, contact the shipper to request one.

Is the return paid?

Whether the return is chargeable depends on the shipper's return policy to which the return is going. See the FAQs on their site.

What is the difference between a return and a collection request?

At a collection request, the shipment is picked up on site. In case of a return, the parcel must be delivered by your customer in one of our Pickup parcelshops.
