The EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number) is used to identify the economic operator(s) (seller/buyer). The EORI number (Economic Operators´ Registration and Identification) is the successor of the customs number at the European level. The EORI master data (which correspond to the ATLAS master data) are stored in a central EU database and serve as the sole means of identification when completing all customs formalities.
