Predict is the service with which - on the day of delivery - we give your consignee a time window of 4 hours for the delivery by email or text message. If your customer can't be at home, he or she can simply redirect the parcel (e.g. delivery on a different day, to a neighbour, parcel shop or different address, or in the form of a deposit okay. This is how you put your customers in charge of their parcel deliveries.
2Shop – direct delivery to the DPD Pickup parcelshop
Maximum flexibility for your customers thanks to the direct delivery of your parcels to one of our 1,700 Pickup locations in Austria. As soon as their parcels are delivered to the Pickup parcelshop, your consignees are sent a text message and/or email informing them that their parcel is ready for pickup. This allows them to plan optimally and conveniently integrate taking delivery of their parcels into their everyday lives.
