No matter if you define your favorite parcel shop with the myDPD feature “Wunschshop” as your delivery address, or if you want to redirect your parcels even if they are already advancing, our Pickup parcel shops are your second home for parcel delivery. Hence you can collect your parcels in your preferred parcel shop, because we adapt to your everyday life with long opening hours.

Non-stop at your service.

With our Pickup parcel lockers at various collection points of the public life, we provide you with an easy and on the go possibility to collect your parcels in self-service. You can collect parcels that are deposited for you around the clock – no need to regard opening hours.
Furthermore you are now able to redirect a parcel that is already on its way to one of our many Pickup parcel lockers in Austria. This works with our Predict service as well as on myDPD, as long as your consignor has provided you with the parcel number.

You decide how you want your parcels to be delivered - with Predict.

Thanks to our delivery notification and live tracking, no one has to wait long for their parcel. On the day of delivery our Live-Tracking service informs consignees of the time window in which we will deliver their parcel.

This is what makes our service so special:

  1. Full transparency: to ensure that parcels arrive on the first delivery attempt, Predict informs the consignee in advance when the parcel will be delivered.

  2. Live-Tracking: On the day of delivery, consignees can track their parcel on an exact online map - updated every 15 minutes!

  3. Delivery preference: not at home? Then the parcel can be conveniently redirected, e.g. to a Pickup parcelshop, to a neighbour or to another address. You can also change the date of delivery or give us a deposit okay.

Providing a deposit okay

Simply give us a deposit okay online and we’ll leave your parcel where you specify, e.g. in the garage. It's as simple as this!

- In the redirection options, choose “Provide a deposit okay"
- Specify your preferred deposit location (for example "on the terrace").
- If you aren't at home, we will leave your parcel in the desired location.

As a registered user you can enter the deposit okay as your delivery preference, and we will deliver all future parcels in line with your instructions.

Selecting a neighbour

Online you enter the address of the neighbour of your choice, to whom the driver can hand the parcel. This is all you do:

- In the redirection options, choose “Select neighbour"
- Enter the address of your preferred neighbour
- Your parcel will be delivered to the designated neighbour

Selecting a parcel shop

Redirect your parcel to a nearby Pickup parcelshop. This is all you do:

- In the redirection options, choose “Select Pickup parcelshop"
- Select the most suitable parcel shop in your area
- We will then deliver your package there

As a registered user you can register your favourite parcel shop as your delivery preference and we will deliver all future parcels in line with your instructions.

Changing the day

Have the parcel delivered on a different day. This is all you do:

- In the redirection options, choose “Change day"
- Simply click on the desired delivery day in the calendar
- We deliver your parcel on the day of your choice

Select a permanent delivery option.

As a registered myDPD user, you have access to all the functions that make receiving parcels even more convenient. You can have parcels deposited at the location of your choice or define your favourite parcel shop.

Garage, terrace or garden shed? It’s your decision!

With the deposit okay you will never miss a parcel again. Simply tell us your desired location (e.g.: “In the garage"). If you aren't at home, we will deliver all future parcels to the specified location.

One of our Pickup parcelshops is near you. Conveniently redirect your parcel to a parcel shop. If desired, you can even have all your parcels always delivered to your favourite parcel shop. Highly practical if you're rarely at home.
