If the goods don't fit.

With DPD's returns service you can send ordered goods back to the shipper free of charge. All you need is the DPD return parcel label. This is either enclosed with your parcel or you will receive it by email from the online shop where you placed your order, for you to print out yourself. <br /> <br />

Returning parcels the easy way

  1. Direct or digitally: Either the return label is enclosed directly with the parcel or you receive it by email for you to print out yourself.
  2. Never very far away. One of our currently around 2,800 Pickup parcel shops is always nearby. Attractive opening hours - including weekends - make returns even easier.
  3. Flexible return of parcels: Simply stick the return slip over the old parcel label and hand in the suitably packed parcel at the nearest DPD Pickup parcel shop.
  4. Private recipients can also hand in return parcels from "other" parcel service providers to one of the 2,800 DPD Pickup parcel shops, provided the sender has commissioned this service from DPD.
  5. The parcel can be returned with or without the presence of the third-party return label.

Fast and uncomplicated return logistics.

Nowadays the parcel not only has to be delivered quickly to the customer, but it must also be returned quickly and safely if necessary. As your partner for perfect parcel logistics DPD offers you a fast, customer-friendly and uncomplicated collection request procedure for your parcel: This is one of the most important service benefits in parcel logistics that you can offer your customers.

And this is how simply DPD's returns logistics works for you and your customers:

  1. You either place the collection request on www.DPD-business.at or contact your local DPD depot. You ask your customers to provide the return parcel packed ready for dispatch on the specified collection date.
  2. The return parcel is collected on the working day chosen by you, and then forwarded via the DPD system to the desired return address.
  3. As usual every DPD parcel can be tracked from door to door using track & trace, with the parcel history overview available at any time.
  4. As a special and free service, with the RH-InfoMail DPD customers receive immediate notification of an unsuccessful collection, including the reason for the problem. If you only want to be informed about a specific collection problem, this is of course possible. All we need for this is your email address.

Further information is available from your local DPD depot!
