What happens when my favourite parcel shop is on holiday?

If the favourite parcel shop is closed due to holidays, you will be informed about this by email and a notification in your myDPD profile. The delivery preference will be automatically deactivated during the holiday period and activated as soon as the favourite parcel shop is available again. Alternatively you can choose a new Pickup parcelshop (see “How do I change my favourite parcel shop?”). Please note that when you create a new favourite parcel shop, it will be permanently stored as a permanent parcel shop.
