How do I correct address errors on a parcel label?
If you have bought a parcel label on myDPD and provided it with the wrong address, please cancel your parcel label and create a new one. You have the right to cancel the order within fourteen days after placing the order without giving reasons. To do so, you can use the cancellation form (you can find it on myDPD) or contact us by email. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Business for information on the exercise and consequences of the cancellation.
