If we missed you during the delivery, you will find your parcel number on the parcel notification card we leave at your address - if we have your email address you will receive the parcel information electronically. The parcel number consists of 14 digits, is located on the front in the upper part of the form and is unique for each parcel. With this number you can track or redirect your parcel.
