The delivery time of your parcel depends on the chosen shipping solution and the country of destination. The shipping within Austria takes regularly one working day (Monday - Friday). Within Europe, your parcel will reach its destination within 1 to 4 working days. Recipients worldwide will receive their parcel within max. 10 days.

Should you already have redirected you parcel with the Parcel Navigator, we deliver your parcel either one day after the planned delivery ore at the from you defined working day (Monday - Friday).
Our business service Primetime allows commercial senders a Saturday delivery.
Recipients of Predict parcels have the possibility to redirect their parcel, with the Parcel Navigator of DPD, already before the first delivery. Ahead of the planned delivery time, you will receive an email with a 2 hour delivery time frame, in which you can expect your parcel. You also are able to track your parcel on the screen in real time with our new feature DPD Live-Tracking.
Recipients of parcels without the Predict feature will be able to redirect their parcel, with the Parcel Navigator, after the first delivery attempt. For this you need the parcel label number, that can be found on the left parcel notification card/parcel information.
You are at any time – already at the preparation of the shipping label – able to enter any desired destination for your parcel (Attention: please don't use post office boxes ore Packstationen as a delivery address). For the ones who want to receive the parcel even when they are not at home: Give us a permission to leave parcel without signature and we deliver the parcel to a save place of your choice.
