What you’ll do

As Salesforce Expert you are the hands-on problem solver who supports the Salesforce users at DPD and makes sure our system is aligned with the business needs. This role encompasses the daily management of our Salesforce platform, business analysis and internal Salesforce support.

What will you do in this role?

• You oversee the daily operations of our Salesforce platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient functionality.

• You contribute to the development of both standard and custom Salesforce functionalities across the whole Salesforce platform.

• You are the go getter who’ll challenge the stakeholders to define and refine functional and technical requirements.

• You’ll support our users by providing daily or standard requests, such as maintaining and uploading sales data, adaptations and configurations and managing user profiles, roles, access and more.

• You validate acceptance criteria in collaboration with our Salesforce Architect.

• Quickly addressing and resolving issues and bugs to ensure a flawless user experience.

• Finding structural solutions in close collaboration with the Salesforce team of DPD Belux. You’ll go beyond the borders of DPD BELUX and work with other business units of Geopost, to ensure the integration with Geopost tools.

Your profile

• You combine a bachelor’s degree with a few year of experience in a similar role or show a great mindset and eagerness to learn while jumpstarting your Salesforce career.

• Ideally you have an all-round salesforce experience, particularly proficient in Salesforce Administration, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Your experience in low-code solutions and flows provide you the necessary tools to make adaptations and configurations in Salesforce.

• You’re analytical and a critical thinker, skills that bring added value to our Salesforce platform.

• You have a continuous improvement mindset.

• Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you are able to challenge your stakeholders and reach out to them when clarification is needed.

• Profound knowledge of English is a must, Dutch and French are a plus.
