What do I need to know when sending a parcel abroad?
Parcels in foreign countries are delivered by parcel delivery companies of DPDgroup network. You can track the parcel here. If the parcel does not reach the addressee within the scheduled delivery time, you can get more detailed information by phone: +3705 2106 777 or e-mail: [email protected]. For international shipments that are no longer in Lithuania we recommend contacting us directly via [email protected]. Foreign partners provide answers to inquiries within 3 working days. Consequently, this is how long it may take us to respond to you about your international shipment.

What is proactive notification?
We will inform you when your parcel has been delivered.

What is a parcel reference number?
The parcel reference number is used to make it easier for the consignee and consignor to identify the parcel. This number can be a purchase invoice number, an online store order number or similar. This number cannot be used for parcel tracking purposes.

What should I do if the DPD parcel marking interface or the online store interface is not working?
If you are experiencing problems with the parcel marking interface, contact your DPD manager. For online store interfaces and other shipping solutions provided by third parties, contact the appropriate service provider directly.

What is the DPD 10:00 service?
It is an express delivery service where parcels are delivered the next business day before 10:00. Shipments are delivered Monday–Friday.

What is the DPD 12:00 service?
It is an express delivery service where parcels are delivered the next business day before 12:00. Shipments are delivered Monday–Friday.

What is the Predict service?
The Predict service lets you know exactly when a parcel will arrive. On the day of delivery, the consignee is informed about the courier\\\'s arrival with a 1-hour timeframe. For example, we inform the customer with an SMS message that the parcel will be delivered between 14:00 and 15:00.This service does not need to be ordered separately. It applies to all shipments with the B2C service selected. When the DPD Classic service is selected, no Predict SMS message is sent.

What is the DPD Classic service?
DPD CLASSIC is a door-to-door delivery of a shipment to a legal entity on the next business day in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. An SMS message about the expected delivery date and time of the shipment is not sent.
