How to sign a contract with DPD?

Do you send a lot of parcels or you need custom parcel delivery solutions? We invite you to sign a contract with us and get the offers that best meet your needs. Contact us via [email protected] and our sales manager will get in touch with you In order to provide you with the best offer, we need the following information:
  1. Your company name;
  2. Specific goods to be delivered;
  3. Form of shipment (packages and/or pallets);
  4. Destination of delivery (Lithuania and/or abroad);
  5. Source city of shipments;
  6. Average number of shipments per month;
  7. Your contact details (name, phone number, e-mail).

What do I need to know when sending a parcel abroad?

Parcels in foreign countries are delivered by parcel delivery companies of DPDgroup network. You can track the parcel here. If the parcel does not reach the addressee within the scheduled delivery time, you can get more detailed information by phone: +3705 2106 777 or e-mail: [email protected]. For international shipments that are no longer in Lithuania we recommend contacting us directly via [email protected]. Foreign partners provide answers to inquiries within 3 working days. Consequently, this is how long it may take us to respond to you about your international shipment.

What is proactive notification?

We will inform you when your parcel has been delivered.

Jeigu turite suruošią siuntas, kurjerį galite išsikviesti per savo naudojamą siuntų žymėjimo programą. Jei šiuo metu neturite galimybės prisijungti prie siuntų žymėjimo programos, kurjerio iškvietimą galite užsakyti tel. 8 700 55 700.

Kas yra ID ir kaip jį gauti?

ID yra identifikavimo numeris suteikiamas DPD Lietuva klientui. ID suteikiamas sudarius siuntų vežimo sutartį.

What is the DPD 10:00 service?

It is an express delivery service where parcels are delivered the next business day before 10:00. Shipments are delivered Monday–Friday.

What is the DPD 12:00 service?

It is an express delivery service where parcels are delivered the next business day before 12:00. Shipments are delivered Monday–Friday.

Kada mokama už krovos darbus?

Mokama už sunkesnių nei 31.5 kg siuntų pakrovimą-iškrovimą. Pavyzdžiui, jei Jūsų siunta sveria 50 kg, krovos darbai bus apmokestinami už bendrą siuntos svorį, t. y. už 50 kg siuntą.

Kaip skaičiuojama kaina už lengvo svorio ir didelio tūrio siuntą?

Kaina skaičiuojama pagal faktinį arba skaičiuojamąjį svorį, priklausomai nuo to, kuris yra didesnis. Norėdami paskaičiuoti siuntos tūrinį svorį, siuntos tūrį padauginkite iš 250 kg (1 m3 = 250 kg).  Pavyzdžiui, jei siuntos realus svoris yra 80 kg, o paskaičiavus pagal formulę siuntos svoris yra 100 kg, tuomet kaina bus skaičiuojama už 100 kg svorio siuntą.
