New options in DPD Insights

On 20 January we issued a new release of DPD Insights. For your convenience, here are the new features at a glance!

• In the Returns Overview, from now on you will see the links to Track & Trace.
• You can also change the language of DPD Insights to English or Dutch after you have logged in.
• From now on, in the Parcels Overview you can filter according to the redirection option ‘Change address’.
• You can search using just part of the reference number, so you no longer need to fill in the full number.
• In Parcel Details you will now see the address where the parcel has actually been delivered.
