There is a technical malfunction in the scanners used at DPD Parcel Points. As a result, notifications will not be sent when sending or receiving parcels via DPD Parcel Points. Once the issue is resolved, these notifications will still be sent, then recipients will be able to collect their parcels.   More information   

In the Track & Trace system, it is indicated that my parcel has been delivered, but I have not received anything.

That's certainly frustrating. But don't worry, your parcel is most likely still on its way to you. There are a few things you can do:

  1. Check with your neighbours to see if they have received your parcel. Sometimes parcels are delivered to neighbours, even if you haven't found a "not at home" notice in your mailbox
  2. If your neighbours haven't received your parcel either, wait for three business days before contacting us. In many cases, the parcel will still be delivered to you.

If the parcel doesn't arrive after three business days, please reach out to us for further assistance.

My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. We understand that you're waiting for your parcel. We're doing our best to deliver your parcel to you as soon as possible.

If your Track & Trace hasn't shown any new updates for the past 3 business days, we'd like to investigate this for you. In this case, it's best to contact the sender of the parcel, even if it has already been handed over to DPD. The sender has the correct parcel information to initiate the investigation.

How do I know when my parcel has been delivered?

DPD uses Track and Trace.

You can always track your parcel using the 14-digit parcel number on www.dpd.nl. In the parcel timeline, you will see if it has been delivered."

When will my parcel be delivered?

You can always track your parcel online using the parcel number provided by the sender

You can check the status of your parcel here. On the day of delivery, DPD will provide you with a one-hour delivery window for when your parcel will be delivered.

 

The parcel I sent hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

That's unfortunate. We're doing our best to deliver the parcel as quickly as possible.

If you notice that the parcel hasn't received a new status update for 3 business days, we would like to start an investigation. Please fill out this form, so we can start the investigation.

Has it been less than 3 business days since the parcel received a status update, we kindly ask for your patience, as we cannot initiate an investigation just yet.

Expecting a parcel abroad?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide information about the parcel. Please contact one of our colleagues in the country where your parcel is being delivered. You can find all local DPD offices through Geopost.
