More options in DPD Insights

On 24 March new functionalities were added to DPD Insights.

• The notification summary in the Parcel Overview is now much clearer and keeps you updated on the Predict notifications that have been sent.
• Previously you could use the filter in the Parcel Overview to select a period of up to six months. From now on there will be no limit to the period.
• Thanks to the new release, under Reports in ‘Reason for delay‘ you can generate an overview of the delayed parcels per reason. These ‘Reason for delay’ reports can now be exported too.
• From now on, all exports in the Export overview are automatically assigned a name that is linked to what is being exported. You can also see at what time the export was made.
