Do you use DPD Shipper to create labels for your parcels? Then we have an important change for you!
Starting Monday, September 1, you will need to enter the recipient's email address when creating a label. This change is necessary for home delivery and delivery to parcel point or parcel locker. It will help us keep both the shipper and the recipient better informed about the shipment and continue to improve our service.
Please note: Without an email address, we will no longer be able to create a label for you in DPD Shipper as of September 1.
