Renewed Online Shipping Portal live from March 25

On Wednesday, March 25 at 5:00 PM, the renewed Online Shipping Portal will go live.

You may not immediately notice many differences on the outside, but a lot has been improved behind the scenes. That’s why we’ve listed the most important changes for you below.

  1. Invoices only via your account
    1. Previously, you received every invoice by email and could also download it from the confirmation page. From now on, this will no longer be the case.
    2. Would you like to receive an invoice? Then you need to create an account. In your account, you can download invoices. This helps keep the confirmation page clearer and reduces the number of email attachments we send.
  2. Shipping to businesses
    1. Are you sending a parcel to a business? It is no longer mandatory to enter a personal name, as this is not always known.
    2. In addition, the parcel will be shipped under business conditions. This means, for example, that DPD attempts delivery on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For consumers, delivery may also take place on Saturdays or earlier or later in the day.
  3. Mailbox parcels to international destinations
    1. Internationally, the “mailbox parcel” service is not recognized. That is why we have changed the name to “small parcel” to set the right expectations.
    2. The parcel can still have the dimensions of a mailbox parcel.

In addition, the emails have been given a new design, the Pickup Finder has been refreshed, and the login button is now more clearly displayed.
