Vinted wants all contact regarding their services to go through the Vinted app. DPD cannot therefore help you directly with information about your parcel and must refer you back to the Vinted app.
That's unfortunate! In many cases, your parcel is still on its way.
If you have received an email from DPD, you can use the parcel number (14 digits) to check the status in Track & Trace on dpd.nl. Has the parcel been stuck for more than 3 days? Then please contact us.
Does myDPD say that the parcel has been delivered, but you haven't received anything? Please contact the sender of your parcel and report that your parcel is missing.
We deliver parcels from Monday to Saturday.
(Saturday delivery is not standard. We can only do this if the sender has opted for it.)
How will you be informed?
Is the delivery time not convenient? No problem! Download the myDPD app. You can change your delivery in the myDPD app up to 30 minutes before delivery. To do this, use the 14-digit parcel number from the email. You can choose a different day, a different address, a parcel point, or a safe place around your home.
Yes, you can!
You can find your parcel number in the DPD notification which you received by email.
