How can we help you?

How do I know when my parcel has been delivered?

Once your parcel is on its way, you can easily track it using DPD's Track & Trace service. With the 14-digit parcel number you received from the sender, you can see exactly where your parcel has been and where it is now. That way, you're always up to date!

When will my parcel be delivered?

You never have to wait in suspense for long! DPD keeps you well informed:

  • The day before delivery, you will receive an email announcing that your parcel is on its way.
  • On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive another email with a one-hour time slot in which your parcel will be delivered. This way, you know exactly when you need to be at home to receive your parcel.

Is the delivery time not convenient? No problem! You can change your delivery in the myDPD app up to 30 minutes before delivery. To do this, use the 14-digit parcel number from the email. You can choose a different day, a different address, a parcel point or a safe place around your home.

My parcel has not arrived. What can I do?

That's unfortunate! In many cases, your parcel is still on its way.

Has it been more than 3 working days since there was an update in Track & Trace? Then we would like to investigate what is going on.

Please contact the sender of the parcel. They will know exactly what was sent and how it was packaged. The sender can then contact DPD so that we can help track down your parcel as quickly as possible.
