Predict is a free DPD service. The person receiving a parcel is sent an email the day before delivery stating the planned delivery day. And an email on the morning of the delivery day with the hour in which the parcel will be delivered. This email also contains a link allowing them to specify other delivery instructions. This can be done up to a half hour before delivery.

The options are:

• Delivery on another day 
• Delivery at another address 
• Delivery at a Pickup parcel shop 
• Give permission to leave the parcel in a safe location 

The recipient can also use the link in the email to track the parcel live on the day of delivery. They can then see exactly how many addresses the driver has to visit before reaching them.
