A parcel point as a daytime activity

For us, a parcel point is more than just a place to collect or send parcels. At some of our parcel points, we work in partnership with care organisations. Where this suits their abilities and wishes, residents and service users are given the opportunity to help with tasks relating to the parcel point.

For us, this means we can set up more parcel points. For the participants, it offers a place to develop skills, build structure, socialise with others and play an active part. This creates a partnership centred on everyone’s potential.
