For collective shipments consisting of several parcels, please mark them clearly and make a note of this on the customs invoice. (For how many parcels is the customs invoice valid?)
Please indicate the parcel number on the customs invoice. This is the quickest way to process the shipments.
Please always hand over customs invoices to DPD in triplicate.
