The EUR-1 or EUR-MED is a preference document for goods which have been manufactured in the EU. It is only required for trade with countries with which the European Union has concluded free trade, preferential or cooperation agreements and with countries and territories associated with the European Union. The EUR1 movement certificate serves as proof of origin for the purpose of obtaining duty-free treatment, like the declaration of origin. The EUR1 is required from a goods value of €6000.00.  An ATR is required for goods traffic with Turkey.
