The fact that we have delivered your parcel to the Pickup parcel shop/parcel locker can have various reasons:
The shipper of your parcel has instructed us to deliver the parcel to the Pickup parcel shop.
You have set the Pickup parcel shop on myDPD as your preferred delivery location.
Unfortunately we were unable to locate you at your address and had not received an alternative place or day for the delivery of your parcel from you. In this case we wish to make sure that your parcel is in a Pickup point near you, where you can pick it up during opening hours. You can find out to which Pickup point your parcel was delivered on myDPD, in our delivery email or on your parcel notification card.
