The fact that we have delivered your parcel to a Pickup parcelshop can have different reasons:
Unfortunately we were unable to locate you at your address and had not received an alternative place or day for the delivery of your parcel from you.
In this case, we would still like to make sure that your parcel is in a parcel shop near you, where you can pick it up during opening hours. You can find out to which Pickup parcel shop your parcel was delivered on myDPD, in our delivery email or on your parcel notification card.
When choosing the DPD Pickup parcelshop we are primarily guided by the distance to your delivery location. However, it can happen that due to various factors (opening hours, holidays ...) you may have to go to a Pickup parcelshop that is not your first choice.
You can specify your personal favourite shop on myDPD. Then we will always deliver your parcels there.
