Please attach the return parcel label that you have already received from the sender to the package - please ensure that all other barcodes are covered. You can then take the parcel to a parcel station. There, at the terminal, the parcel label on the parcel must be scanned and you will be asked to enter your email address or mobile number. We need this to send you your handover receipt. Finally, put your return in a parcel compartment and close it. A short time later you will receive your handover receipt by email or SMS.
