One option to confirm receipt of your parcel, is that you can sign directly on your parcel - ideally on the parcel label - with your own ballpoint pen. The driver then takes a photo of it, which is automatically saved in our system. That means, despite contactless delivery, you confirm  receipt of the shipment with your signature.

We handle your parcels under the strictest safety and hygiene measures. However, if you prefer to use your own pen or ballpoint pen to sign the receipt of your parcel, you can also sign the so called "hand list" of your delivery driver and not directly at the scanner. In this case, too, the parcel is considered accepted.
