The system can perform a variety of tasks for you:
- print shipping labels (individually or in bulk)
- generate a shipping manifest
- forward the tracking number to the marketplace and online store
- provide the customer with a tracking link
- send automatic notifications based on shipment status (e.g., upon delivery)
As the integration uses the DPD Meta API, the shipping number is immediately available and can be quickly forwarded to the customer. Base.com allows you to connect an unlimited number of DPD Meta accounts – even the same account multiple times, for example, to set a different sender address.
Important: You can request the following data from your Sales contact or from integrá[email protected]:
- Login (DPD Shipping user login)
- Password (DPD Shipping user token)
- DPD Business unit (DPD Hungary)
- Customer ID (DPD Shipping user ID, 90xxxxx)
- Sender Address ID (DPD Shipping pickup location ID)
- Dispatch Point ID (DPD Shipping pickup location ID)
