In case of legal dispute, the parties will attempt an amicable settlement. If no resolution is reached, the Budapest 4th and 14th District Court or the Budapest Metropolitan Court will have exclusive competence in resolving the dispute regardless of jurisdiction if the law so permits, but the court having jurisdiction at the place of conclusion of the contract will also be competent.
