Digiloop Pickup & Delivery is a Shopify application that simplifies integration with DPD for Shopify webshops. It enables customers to easily select their preferred pickup point or parcel locker via an interactive map on the Cart or Checkout page. Home delivery is also supported.
Thanks to the application, pickup points can be displayed in webshops without requiring a Shopify Plus subscription.

1. Interactive map on the Cart page
A unified, yet customizable map interface allows customers to select their preferred pickup point or parcel locker. In most cases, the integration is automatic and does not require coding.
2. Nearest pickup point recommendations on the Checkout page
Displays the five closest pickup points to the customer’s provided address with up to 10-meter accuracy. Additional requirements for Checkout integration are available in the documentation.

Interactive pickup point map
Customers can select their preferred pickup point via a modern, responsive map developed by DPD. This feature is available on both the Cart and Checkout pages without requiring Shopify Plus, and can be fully customized to match the webshop’s branding.
End-to-end shipping automation
Direct integration with DPD allows shipping label generation and printing (including bulk processing) directly from Shopify orders, eliminating manual data entry.
Installation is quick and requires no development knowledge. After downloading from the Shopify App Store, a configuration wizard guides the user through the setup process. Integration requires DPD credentials (Customer ID, Address ID, BU, API token).

On the Marketplace platform, navigate to the Logistics → Courier Accounts tab, select DPD, and enter the username and password provided by the DPD integration team (these credentials differ from the DPD Shipping login).
If eMAG does not accept the weblabel username, please request a username with a maximum of 9 characters from your sales representative.
The DPD proprietary application is available free of charge for all Shoprenter webshops. To install it, select the DPD application on the “Applications” page within your Shoprenter admin interface.

It may be necessary to enter your Username and Password of the Weblabel system, the same as to enter to weblabel.dpd.hu.

The DPD module enables both DPD parcel locker (pickup point) and home delivery shipping options for PrestaShop users. Use of the module requires an active registration and a valid contract with DPD Hungary.
The module can be installed in the standard way via the webshop’s back office (admin) interface.
After successful installation, the module can be configured on its dedicated settings page.
To obtain the required connection details, please contact your DPD representative.
The API connection requires the following credentials:
Customer ID – Unique DPD customer identifier (DSW code)
Sender ID – Unique DPD sender identifier (collection address ID)
DPD Shipping Token – Unique token issued by DPD
Cash on Delivery (COD) payment methods
Selected payment methods will be submitted to DPD as COD shipments.
Enable parcel insurance
Option to enable or disable shipment insurance.
A maximum insurance value can also be defined. By default, the total order value is submitted as the insurance amount, but this can be limited using this setting.
Send “in transit” email with tracking number
When enabled, customers receive an automatic email with the tracking URL once the shipment is successfully created.
Display warning next to order confirmation button
If enabled, a warning message is shown if the customer selects a pickup point delivery method but has not yet chosen a specific pickup location.
The module can retrieve shipment status updates from the DPD system. To enable this, a CRON job must be configured, which is available on the module’s configuration page.
Order statuses (query trigger)
Defines which PrestaShop order statuses should trigger status queries from DPD. Multiple statuses can be selected (use CTRL for multi-selection).
Order status mapping
All DPD statuses are listed and can be mapped to corresponding PrestaShop statuses.
Example:
If the DPD status “Delivered” is mapped to the PrestaShop status “Delivered”, then once a shipment reaches the Delivered status in DPD, the corresponding order in PrestaShop will automatically be updated to Delivered.

If the Weblabel API parcel status query does not meet your needs, you have the option to request a more detailed report called Statusdata.
If the status of any of your parcels has changed, a Statusdata file will be generated every hour.
You will need to download a scanner that can read and process this data.
Only the last and new statuses are generated for each parcel, so if there is no new status for a parcel, it will not be included.
Below you can download the specification of the structure of the Statusdata files.
