These General Terms and Conditions give the general contract terms for the inland and international courier and related services carried out by DPD Hungary Kft.

Latest amendments – Information: 15.06.2026
Effective from: 01.07.2026

Amendments:

• Domestic General Terms and Conditions, Section 8.8: The provisions applicable to contractual Customers using the Self-Printing service have been amended to further clarify the Customer’s responsibilities regarding data upload and data quality requirements. In addition, a one-time surcharge has been introduced for Parcels affected by missing or erroneous data.

• DPD Domestic GCTC - Appendix 1  - Tariffs: I. Tariffs for domestic basic services for permanent partners with a written contract - Section 10: Parcels Affected by Missing or Incorrect Data: Where, in connection with the Self-Printing integration method, the Customer provides or uploads incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate or otherwise non-compliant data into the system, the following one-time surcharge may be charged in addition to the applicable transportation fee: HUF 1,500 per Parcel affected by missing or erroneous data.
