These General Terms and Conditions give the general contract terms for the inland and international courier and related services carried out by DPD Hungary Kft.

Our pricing was modified with effect from 01/05/2025 as follows:
Domestic GTC – Clause 13.4:
The Recipient must ensure easy and safe access to the delivery address. If this is not provided, DPD may redirect the parcel to the nearest pickup point and notify the Recipient accordingly.
If the selected parcel locker is unavailable or full, DPD will offer an alternative pickup location nearby (within a maximum of 1000 meters) and notify the Recipient. If the Recipient does not reject the redirection within the specified deadline, the parcel will be redirected to the alternative location. In case of unsuccessful pickup, the parcel will be available for 5 calendar days at the designated DPD depot.
International GTC – Section II – COD deliveries to destination countries:
The list of countries eligible for COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments has been expanded to include Poland. The related fee has also been added to the GTC.
